Undertook the IB programme in Geneva, Switzerland (2013). HL Chemistry, Physics, Economics. SL English lit A, German, Maths. I speak English, Dutch, Japanese, French and German. This has allowed me to communicate ideas effectively with my previous students. I have experience in a scientific research lab as well as in a professional business environment. Having worked as a snowboard instructor for children ages 3-14 has given insight on how teaching should be approached in a fun and educational manner. My approach to tutoring is understanding the unique way in which an individual student thinks, and aiding them by explaining concepts in what I believe would be the most appropriate manner. I take a slow and steady philosophy towards tutoring so that my students fully comprehend an idea before moving further.
