I have just completed and passed the Cambridge CELTA (Teaching English to Adults) qualification and am now looking to embark on a career as a teacher and tutor. I am a native English speaker from the UK and love helping people with their language skills and seeing them progress. I have 6 years of Customer Service experience including roles such as Team Manager, Quality Coach and Trainer. I have a qualification in Workplace Coaching from ILM.
